Largest in the Tokai region, Utsumi Beach is by far the most popular. Visited by about 500,000 people annually, it has been chosen as one of the top 100 beaches in Japan.
According to the Japanese, the beach has one of the finest sands in the world. It is worth visiting with your family.
The coastline stretches for about 2 km along the Chidorigahama and Higashiyama areas with over 30 establishments including hotels and shops.
Several events, including some from the Brazilian community, have already been held at the venue.
The place, much frequented by Brazilians, is well structured and has recreation areas, bathrooms, showers and clothing. Jet ski or banana boat rides are also available during summer.
This year the Bell Mart chain will be in place during the summer, until mid-September, offering various delights such as snacks, barbecue, drinks and more!
