Japan: Jobless rate unchanged, jobs to seekers ratio up

Officials at the internal affairs ministry say the unemployment rate in April stood at 3.2%.The figure was unchanged from the previous month.Meanwhile, the ratio of job offers to people looking for work in April was 1.34. That means there were 134 openings for every 100 job seekers.The figure is up 0.04 point from March.The ratio marked the highest level in 24 years and 5 months.
