1 Recruitment Type and Planned Travel Contract

This is a planned tour and the recruitment was implemented by Departures Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “our company”), and the customers who participate in this tour will conclude a solicited planned travel contract with us. In addition to the conditions stated in the advertisement (brochures, etc.), the content and conditions of the contract are based on the following conditions, the final travel itinerary, and the Company’s “Travel Agreement (Recruitment-type planned travel contract section)”

2 Travel application

Please fill in the prescribed items on the application form and apply with the following application fee per person. The application fee will be treated as a part of the travel fee, cancellation fee or penalty. We accept applications by telephone, mail, facsimile or other means of communication.
In this case, the contract has not been established at the time of booking, and you must submit the application form and application fee within 3 days from the day after we notify you of the reservation acceptance.
Participants under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. (However, some courses are excluded.)
Participants aged between 15 and 20 are required to have a written consent from their parents or parents.

3 Establishment and delivery of written contract

The solicited planned travel contract shall be established when the Company accepts the conclusion of the contract and receives the application fee in the preceding paragraph. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the communication contract shall be established when the Company issues a notice that it consents to the conclusion of the contract. However, if you notify us by e-mail or other electronic that you consent to the establishment of a contract, it will be established when the notice reaches the customer.
After the contract is concluded, we will hand you a document (hereinafter referred to as “contract document”) that describes the travel dates, travel service contents and other travel conditions, and matters concerning our responsibility. (This brochure is included in this travel condition document and is a part of the contract document.) The range of travel services that we arrange and manage the itinerary is described in this contract document.

4 Communication Contract

“Telephone, mail, fax, internet” on condition that you receive payment for travel fee without signing the “member” on the prescribed slip from the credit card company with which we cooperate (hereinafter referred to as “affiliated company”) “We may accept applications through other communication methods. (Customer travel agents do not handle credit card payment.)）

5 Payment of the travel fee

Please pay the travel fee at least 15 days before the travel start date.
What is included in the travel price
Fares/fares of the carrier (economy class unless otherwise noted), accommodation expenses, meal charges, and taxes such as consumption tax, which are specified in the travel schedule.
In addition to this, if a tour conductor will accompany you, the cost of the tour operator and the necessary care for group activities will be included. Due to the customer’s convenience, the above expenses will not be refunded even if they are not partially used. (Excluding travel expenses and other personal expenses not included in the process)

6 Cancellation of travel contract from customer (before travel starts)

You can cancel your travel contract at any time by paying the cancellation fee (per person) specified below. In this case, the specified cancellation fee will be deducted and refunded from the travel fee (or application fee) already collected. If the cancellation fee cannot be covered by the application fee only, the difference will be charged. (Note that the cancellation date in the table means that the customer cancels within each business day and business hours of the “consignment business office” (hereinafter referred to as “our company”) prescribed by the Company and the Travel Business Act. (It will be based on the time when you request.)
