Large blackout in Tokyo

There was a large power outage in Tokyo on Wednesday afternoon. Tokyo Electric Power Company says at one point about 350,000 households were affected. The utility says a fire broke out at one of its facilities near Tokyo. The utility is investigating whether the fire caused the outage. No injuries were reported.
