Hyogo: Prison guard arrested for filming up woman’s skirt

Hyogo prefectural police said Sunday they have arrested a 39-year-old prison guard on suspicion of filming up a woman’s skirt on an escalator at a train station in Kobe. According to police, the suspect, Hideaki Matsushita, used his smartphone camera to film up a 29-year-old woman’s skirt at JR Sannomiya Station at around 7 p.m. Saturday, Sankei Shimbun reported. A police officer at the station noticed Matsushita acting suspiciously and detained him. Matsushita, who works as a guard at a Kobe correctional facility, has admitted to the charge and was quoted by police as saying he did it to ease his stress.
